Triplobster provides a white-label eSIM platform and connectivity solutions. We enable businesses ("Resellers") to:
Sell data plans under their own brand.
Provide connectivity solutions to employees or clients.
Access a global network of Mobile Network Operators (MNOs) and Mobile Virtual Network Operators (MVNOs).
Our services include a branded marketplace, affiliate tools, and omnichannel sales access via web and mobile apps.
3. Use of the Site
You agree to use the Site lawfully and not to:
Misrepresent your identity or affiliation.
Interfere with the Site's security or functionality.
Use the Site for any fraudulent or unlawful purpose.
Scrape, copy, or replicate our platform technology.
4. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site (logos, text, software, design) is the property of Triplobster or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. The "Triplobster" name and logo are our trademarks. You are granted no license to use them without a separate written agreement.
5. Account Registration (For Resellers)
To access our platform services, you must register for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account.

Business Information: From Resellers, we collect company name, contact person details (name, email, phone), business address, and payment information.
Technical Data: IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, and usage patterns via cookies and similar technologies.
End-User Data (Processed on Behalf of Resellers): When Resellers use our platform to provide eSIMs to their customers or employees, we may process end-user data as a data processor. This typically includes device IMEI, connectivity usage data, and technical identifiers necessary for service provision. The Reseller, as the data controller, determines the purposes of this processing.
2. How We Use Your Information
To provide, operate, and maintain our Site and platform services.
To authenticate Reseller accounts and process transactions.
To communicate with you about updates, security alerts, and support.
To analyze Site usage and improve our services.
To comply with legal obligations.
3. Legal Basis for Processing (GDPR/Similar Regulations)

Refund Policy for Triplobster Platform Services
This Refund Policy outlines the terms for refunds related to the services offered by 2030 HK Limited ("Triplobster").
1. Platform Subscription Fees
Fees paid for access to the Triplobster white-label platform (monthly/annual subscriptions) are generally non-refundable. Refunds or credits for prepaid periods may be considered on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion, particularly in the event of significant, unresolvable service failure on our part.
2. Connectivity (Data Plan) Refunds
Refunds for data plans purchased by end-users (through a Reseller's branded marketplace) are governed by the terms of the underlying Mobile Network Operator (MNO/MVNO) providing the connectivity. As a platform, Triplobster does not directly control the network service.
General Principle: Data plans are typically non-refundable once activated or used.
Refund Eligibility: A refund request may be considered only if:
The eSIM/data plan has not been activated.
There is a verified technical fault originating from our platform that prevents activation, and the issue cannot be resolved.
The request is made within 7 days of purchase and meets the above criteria.
Process: All refund requests for data plans must be initiated by the Reseller on behalf of their end-user. Triplobster will evaluate the request against the policy of the relevant network provider. Approved refunds will be credited to the Reseller's platform account.
3. How to Request a Refund
Resellers must submit a formal refund request via email to our support team at [support@triplobster.com], including:
Reseller account name.
Transaction ID(s).
Detailed reason for the request.
Evidence supporting the claim (e.g., screenshot of activation error).
4. Processing Time
If approved, refunds will be processed within 14 business days to the original method of payment or as an account credit, at our discretion.
5. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy. Changes will be communicated to active Resellers.
